We do not encourage refunds or exchanges in general. However in rare cases, if the product is damaged or wrongly delivered we do accept requests for refund.
In such a case, the customer needs to send an email to “ email@example.com” mentioning the actual reason for the refund request within 24 hours from the receipt of the product and the product has to be returned within 7 working days with the invoice without any damage.
Requests which do not satisfy the above criteria will not be processed.
Orders placed once cannot be canceled. Please check your order details thoroughly before finalizing and making the payment online.
