1. What are the payment options available at Rampwaq?

2. What will be the mode of delivery for the products ordered online?
        We have partnered with DTDC to provide logistics services. Currently all our shipments are handled by DTDC.
 
3. How long will it take to receive my product?
        Your Product will be delivered within 5-7 business days.
 
4. Will Rampwaq accept orders from outside India?
        Rampwaq delivers products only within India. Our website welcomes order from any part of the world provided the delivery address is within India.
 
5. How are the shippping costs calculated?
        Shipping is absolutely free at Rampwaq.
 
6. Can the purchased items be returned in case there is a defect?
        We do not encourage refunds or exchanges. However for genuine issues like product is damaged or wrongly delivered, we do accept refund request.

For a Refund Request the customer has to follow below steps without any delay.
1. The customer needs to send an email to “ sales@rampwaq.in ” mentioning the actual reason for the refund request within 24 hours from the receipt of the product 
2. The product has to be returned to us within 5-7 working days from the receipt of the product.
Requests which do not satisfy the above criteria will not be processed."
